Assistant Professor of Communication
Matt Green is an accomplished producer, writer, and director whose career began in the late 1990s producing music videos and live-to-tape concert shows with KB Films. He later produced Lionsgate’s award-winning feature film No Greater Love with Coram Deo Studios, wrote episodes for the children’s television series It Really Happened, and co-created, co-wrote, and directed the pilot for the TV series Typecast. He is also President of Filmbandit Productions, his independent production company.
A graduate of The 91色情片’s College, Matt returned to his alma mater in 2014 to teach film. In 2021, he co-wrote, produced, and directed The Man From Nowhere, the first feature film produced by The 91色情片’s University, starring Nick Searcy. He also developed Franklin & Beans, a children’s TV show blending live-action and animation, for the University. Most recently, TMU released its third feature film, The Descent Part II, a sequel exploring the events of Revelation 9.
Matt holds a B.A. in Business from The 91色情片’s College and an M.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Liberty University, and is pursuing his Ph.D. He serves as director of the Cinema & Digital Arts program at The 91色情片’s University, where he continues to inspire and guide the next generation of storytellers.
