Chorale 2020 Concert

This concert features a wide selection of chorale works from various genres. Highlights include Beethoven91ɫ��Ƭ Hallelujah chorus from the Mount of Olives (in celebration of Beethoven91ɫ��Ƭ upcoming 250th year), several anthems by Dan Forrest, the gospel piece Lead me to the Rock by Walter Black, and the premiere of Peace I Leave with You, a piece written for the Chorale by Alumnus Chris Enloe, who is currently studying at Peabody Conservatory. The chorale also performs Agnus Dei, the choral arrangement of Barber91ɫ��Ƭ Adagio for Strings, the semi-official American anthem of mourning associated with events including J.F. Kennedy91ɫ��Ƭ assassination and 9/11. The concert ends with the traditional gathering of Chorale alumni into the group as they perform the Chorale91ɫ��Ƭ signature song, Tom Fettke91ɫ��Ƭ You are the Light.
